Cancellation & Refund Policy
The customer has the right to cancel a confirmed booking under the following conditions:
Cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled service:
– 100% refund of the prepaid amount.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method originally used by the customer.
In case of no-show, no refund is provided.
