What happens if my flight is delayed?

Mr Skarlas, who is in charge of transfers, checks flights arrivals electronically and tells drivers of any delays. So do not worry, no matter how long your flight is delayed our guide will be there to welcome you, holding a sign with your name on it. The maximum wait time at the airport or port for each transfer is 1 hour and 15 minutes.

What happens when there is a lot of traffic?

Whatever traffic there is on the roads, our driver will make sure you get to your destination. If there is heavy traffic then, no matter how long it takes to get to your destination, you will not have to pay any additional charges.

What if a breakdown or accident occurs?

If there is a breakdown or an accident during your transfer, another vehicle from our company will pick you up as soon as possible so that there is no problem with your flight. Our cars are all insured, as are the passengers.

What happens if I have some free time and want to extend my journey so I can enjoy seeing more of Greece?

If you have planned a transfer or a tour with Mini Van Taxi, and want to keep the driver and the vehicle and extend your journey over the predetermined time, you should inform the driver as soon as possible so that he can, in turn, inform the company. You can pay directly to the driver, either in cash or by card.

How long before my journey do I have to make a reservation?

Reservations are accepted up to 12 hours before the time you want your journey with us to begin.

Payments (Booking)

Please pay 30% of the total cost of the service into the account we will send you, and the rest directly to the driver with cash or with a credit card, again to the driver.

Cancellations - Refund

If you cancel 1 week before the service you requested, you will be refunded any money you have paid in advance. If you cancel less than 1 week before, 20% of your down payment is withheld.
